In what grade in high school should I start applying for scholarship programs?

I 'the VE has heard that if you get really good grades and do the extra work, schools earlier you went to elasticity of will you money stock (as your primary school, the High School). Is this true? I just checked my page of the loan and says the two loans for the student not graduate, there are references in the school for a period. I 'm the currently still at school now and will be for the timing of these two loans. Does that mean, but I 'm a graduate school, I don 't have to pay the loans the student not graduate? Or, are there more to it? Thank you!

How much is tuition for a high school student attending a school outside of the district?

I haven 't told my mother, however, and just wants to estimate the scope. Please note that this is not a private school, if I were in the same district would be free.
