I myself get very distracted during homework, I also have many extra curricular activities going on. I always finish my homework in the class before or even the class that its for the day its due but the stress is really killing me. Thanks for any help.

My 8 year old just started third grade and we have had a problem with him and homework ever since about 1st grade. He makes really good grades in school, but when it comes to his homework, he doesn’t seem to remember anything he learned in school. His class and test scores are always good so we don’t understand where the break down is. Also when we try to help him, and make him think, instead of just giving him the answer he gets upset and starts crying and fidgeting. It is very frustrating when we know he can do it, we don’t know how to make him see that he can do it.
