How do I get into homework again and stop being disorganized and lazy?

Last year, I had great grades, managed my homework, and kept everything organized. I was a hard worker who strove for the best.
But this year, I hardly ever do all of my homework. I procrastinate on everything, and I am so disorganized, I lose everything!
Please give me some ways I can get back in the swing again!

What’s the difference between the school counselor and the school psychologist?
