   i am personally very easily distracted, especially when i play music. but i find that i am much more distracted by music that has words than other types of music. so i would say to try classical, or anything without lyrics.

   other than music, try to make the subject you are studying exciting and try to find something interesting in it. or study with a friend, that often helps for many people. try to find a friend who stays on track though, cuz it doesn’t do much good if you plan on “studying” together and end up doing something else.
